If you are buying or selling, Hesed Realty is the way to go. We just purchased our dream house from Mr. Hill at Hesed and everything went really smooth. We are fortunate to have been in Belize while doing the entire transaction, but if you are an expat doing this remotely, Hesed is the best way to go! They answer all your questions quickly, and guide you through the entire process, they send all kinds of receipts and copies per email so you can follow along every step of the way. High level of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge is how I would describe them after our experience.
