Dean Hill is the Managing Director of HESED Realty Ltd, bringing a lifetime of local knowledge and a deeply rooted commitment to service in Belize’s real estate market. Born and raised in Roaring Creek Village in the Cayo District, Dean’s understanding of the country is both personal and comprehensive, shaped by decades of lived experience across its diverse regions.
With a background in business and agriculture, including studies at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad, Dean approaches real estate with a practical, long-term perspective. His leadership at HESED reflects a focus on transparency, professionalism, and a more thoughtful way of connecting clients with the right opportunities throughout Belize.
Outside of his work, Dean remains closely connected to the land and culture that define Belize. He continues to explore its landscapes and communities with the same curiosity and appreciation that guide his work. He also serves as a board member of the Association of Real Estate Brokers of Belize (AREBB) and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
